Staple restaurants of the town with traditional as well as contemporary Mediterranean cuisine can be found within an 8-minute walk.
The historic Church of Agios Georgios is also located nearby. If you happen to find yourself in Arachova on St. George’s Day, you will have the unique opportunity to witness the festivities, including the famous “race of the elders” that takes place nearby.
Spending your Easter holiday with us would also allow you to participate in the process of lamb spit roasting, which is taking place in every neighborhood of the town, a centuries-old custom.
